Congratulations to Jaymes Winger and Chun Wing Mike Yip, who will each receive a Google USB flash drive for solving this quarter's contest problem with the fastest solutions among lower-division and upper-division contestants respectively. There were plenty of submissions this quarter, which took a while to judge.
